Ingredients
- 1 cup Goat Cheese
- 1 cup Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Chopped Parsley
- 1 cup Sun-dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1 cup Walnuts
- ¼ cup Honey
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the goat cheese and cream cheese together. Once fully mixed, take an ice cream scooper to create the perfect ball. Roll them around in your hands to get them just right! Combine, Parsley, Sun-dried Cranberries, Pecans, and Walnuts into a small plate, then roll the cheese balls around in the mix until it is all coated. For a finishing touch, drizzle honey over each truffle ball.
