Ingredients for Croustades Recipe

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary and thyme

1 garlic clove, minced

Sliced Italian bread

Instructions

Stir oil, rosemary, and garlic in a small pan over low heat for approx. 2-3 minutes.

Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet. Brush with oil herb mixture. Add S&P to taste. Broil until the bread is golden brown. Allow to cool a bit then serve this tasty recipe.
