The Altman Building
Old world charm emanates from this official New York City landmark building built in 1896 as the carriage house for the elegant B. Altman’s department store. Through two sets of fifteen foot high arched mahogany and glass doors, guests of the Altman Building enter into 10,000 square feet street level space unencumbered by columns and boasting a 17 foot high vaulted arch brick ceiling.
The room flows downstairs to an additional 3,500 square foot gallery with an intimate party room, VIP room with closed circuit camera viewing of the main floor, and a bridal changing area. This unique venue is the ideal setting for social functions with ground floor access, high speed Internet access and internal networking capabilities
