Flow-Space is located at the apex of the Meatpacking District, just across the street from SOHO House, the Vitra store and the Apple Store. It’s literally a few steps from some of New York’s finest restaurants, the hottest late-night venues, designer furniture stores, boutique hotels, luxurious shops, and fashionable salons. Close by are The High Line, Milk Studios, Philips the Pury, Chelsea Market, Google, Equinox, Chelsea Piers, and the Art Gallery District. It’s a block from the A / C / E / L subway lines and two blocks to the 1 / 2 / 3 lines. Flow-Space is an 1,800 square feet open space that can be sectioned into three separate areas: a main event room, a smaller VIP room, and a kitchen/bar/cocktail room. You can choose to utilize a single area, a combination, or the complete space to fit your event needs. The triangle area at the tip of the space offers modern seating, unique mood lighting and fantastic street-scene views. The entire loft has top of the line equipment, surround sound, full kitchen/bar, two states-of-the-art bathrooms and private street access via an elevator from the Ninth Avenue cobblestone street below.
